1. Shipping Schedule

   • Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be dispatched Monday morning (at the latest, Tuesday morning).
   • Orders placed by Thursday 21:00 CET are sent on Friday.

2. Dispatch & Data Retention

   • Once your order is marked "shipped," it will be sent within 24 hours.
   • All shipping data is permanently deleted 72 hours after final dispatch.

3. Tracking & Final Delivery

   • For security reasons, tracking IDs are not shared; however, you may request the current status of your parcel at any time.
   • Once a shipment is marked "delivered," that status is final and no reshipment can be provided.

4. Lost or Seized Parcels

   • If a tracked parcel is seized in transit, we will reship at no extra cost.
   • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or missing recipient name, the buyer assumes full liability; we cannot reship since the package won’t be returned.

5. Packstation/Postfach Deliveries

   • Shipping to Packstation or Postfach addresses is at your own risk. These services frequently experience delivery issues, for which we disclaim all liability.

6. Shipping Restrictions
   We generally ship only to Germany and Austria. If the delivery address is in another country, we cannot guarantee a smooth delivery and can provide tracking only for shipments within Germany and Austria. Should the customer choose not to cancel under these conditions, the order is placed at their own risk.

7. Missing Items

   • If any part of your order arrives incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery; after this window, the right to reship expires.

8. Packaging

   • All orders are vacuum-sealed to prevent contents from moving (“rustling”), ensuring discreet packaging.

9. Quality Disputes

   • Claims of substandard product quality must be supported by a third-party lab report.
   • We will not engage in repeated testing requests—if you cannot supply such proof, please purchase elsewhere.
   • Repeated public disputes after accepting these terms may result in a permanent ban on future orders.

10. Late-Arrival Queries

    • If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays), please contact us for an investigation.
