[ SHIPPING AND REFUND ]

We ship with care, and with tracking number.

Any products ordered without a tracking number are non-refundable if lost or seized, and this is non-negotiable and cannot be disputed if you agree to our terms and conditions when we have shipped your merchandise we have done our work and it is finished, the rest depends on the postal services, the same goes for shipments with tracking numbers.

[ OUR DISPUTES POLICY ]

• when a buyer decides to open a dispute due to the quality of the product ordered, this goes against our general conditions of sale. Indeed, it is the buyer's responsibility to try our products in small quantities initially in order to test the quality and see if it suits them. any open disputes on this subject will result in non-responsibility on our part. this is why we offer the possibility of ordering 1 g for each product (as a sample test).

• when a buyer opens a dispute for customs seizure and this is their first purchase, NO refund or reshipment insurance will be taken care of on our part, only from the 3rd purchase. (valid only for orders placed with the tracking number option).

• when a buyer decides to open a dispute on a purchase that does not include any tracking number option, NO reshipment or refund insurance will be taken care of, being unable to verify whether or not the buyer has received their merchandise (tracking never lies).
