• when a buyer opens a dispute for customs seizure and this is their first purchase, NO refund or reshipment insurance will be taken care of on our part, only from the 3rd purchase. (valid only for orders placed with the tracking number option).

• when a buyer decides to open a dispute on a purchase that does not include any tracking number option, NO reshipment or refund insurance will be taken care of, being unable to verify whether or not the buyer has received their merchandise (tracking never lies).
