Bestellungen bis 11Uhr gehen am selben Tag raus!
Wir versenden 5 Tage die Woche.
In der Regel bekommst du deine Ware nach 3 Werktagen. ✅
Die Kosten: ab 2,50Euro / Brief/Großbrief mit tracking

👮‍♂️Deine Versandadresse

Deine Versandadresse wird uns verschlüsselt übergeben. Wir speichern sie für den Versand und speichern sie wieder verschlüsselt und offline. Die C🐽ps haben somit niemals Zugriff.
Nach 14Tagen werden alle Daten bei uns gelöscht.

🧐 Sendungsverfolgung:

Am Tag des Versand´s mailen wir dir die Sendungsnummer zu.
Beim Briefversand läuft die Sendungsverfolgung über die Briefmarke (Matrixcode). Der Verlauf kann auf Post.de getrackt werden.
Bei großen Mengen gibt´s (wenn gewünscht) ein DHL Paket.

ℹ️ Matrixcode: Die Sendungsverfolgung läuft über einen QR code-Scan der Briefmarke. Die Post scannt diese in den Depot´s.
Anders als bei Einschreiben oder Päckchen wird der Marke keine Adresse zugeordnet oder gespeichert. Man verfolgt quasi nur die Marke.
Du erfährst/siehst nur wann dein Brief in einem Depot ist/war und wann er ausgeliefert wird/wurde. Der Postbote scannt nichts.
Simpel und preiswert.
Das Prinzip Matrixcode funktioniert nur in Deutschland.

💰 Verlust:

Ware wird bei uns erneut geliefert wenn wir den Verlust beim Tracking sehen können. Ansonsten ist die Nachlieferung vom Einzelfall abhängig.
Wichtig ist immer: Kommunikation! Schreibe uns an und hab Geduld. ☕ Wir finden auf jeden Fall eine Lösung!

Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day!
We dispatch 5 days a week.
As a rule, you will receive your goods after 3 working days. ✅
The costs GER: 2.50, EU: 4Euro / letter/large letter with (half) tracking

👮‍ Your shipping address

Your shipping address will be sent to us in encrypted form. We save it for shipping and store it again encrypted and offline. The C🐽ps therefore never have access.
We delete all data after 14 days.

🧐 Shipment tracking:

We will email you the consignment number on the day of dispatch.
When sending letters, the shipment is tracked via the stamp (matrix code).
Tracking only works in Germany. When sending abroad, you can only see on Post.de that the letter has been posted by us and has left the country. After that you can not see anything else.
If you need continuous tracking (or want to order a lot) you have to choose shipping via DHL Pakage!

Tracking ends when the letter leave the country. ( half tracking )

💰 Loss:

Goods will be re-delivered if we can see the loss in the tracking. Otherwise, subsequent delivery depends on the individual case.
