Due to people buying in bulk, we have created shipping options for the quantity selected. Make sure to select the shipping option that fits the quantity value. If an order is placed with the incorrect shipping option, offsets are accepted by using out Custom/Combined shipping method.

If an order is lost during shipping, resulting in the tracking information no longer updating, you have the following options...

• a 50% refund
• one time re-shipment of the order to the same or similar address. Once the re-shipment has been processed, and the shipping label is generated and shipped, the order will be considered 'complete' regardless of delivery status, and the tracking number will be provided to the Administrators as proof of shipment.

NOTE: If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered then the order is considered complete. Contact from a client informing us of any of the following; the package has been tampered with at the post office, the package was stolen at the delivery address, or that the box was damaged and the contents have been removed are not subject to refunds or compensations.
