We send from Italy to Italy and the sender address will be non-existent, so make sure you write the delivery address in the correct format, with the following format:

You can send us your address encrypted via services such as privnote or encrypt it using the PGP key

Once your package has been sent, we can no longer make changes as everything is in the hands of the postal service.
