REFUNDS, RESHIPS AND DISPUTES

• We do not offer refunds. Reships only.
• Reship policy for orders with tracking: 100% reship.
• Reship policy for orders without tracking: The order that did not arrived must be finalized first. Then the same order must be placed again. This time with tracking. We will then ship the double amount.
• Exception: For orders to Packstationen the rules do not apply. So neither reships nor refunds applicable.
• If a dispute is opened without prior contact, any claim to a reship expires.
• If a dispute is opened before the mentioned shipping times a user is blocked immediately and indefinite (no more purchases possible)
