Tracking numbers are only issued to customers in the event of a dispute or 4 days after shipment.
Once German Post has delivered the package there is no reship! You must ensure your mailboxes are secure!
No reship for incorrect addresses & if delivery is not possible no reship!
No reship outside the EU!
However, if there were problems en route and the package hasn't arrived we will of course 100% reship, everything can be easily tracked using the standard tracking system.
