Basic Terms:

When ordering with us ( UKDistribution ) please make sure you encrypt any sensitive data such as your address and so on. We will only provide tracking details or sensitive information in such format of PGP which you will need to decrypt with the PGP attached to your account. If you do not have a PGP attached please do so otherwise we will not provide any tracking information or sensitive data to you via clear text.

Ordering Process

All orders must be placed via the secure interface of this marketplace.
Upon order placement, we will aim to confirm receipt of the order within 24 hours.
Dispatch & Delivery

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 1 pm.
All products, especially Distillate 8 and 9, will be packaged discreetly to ensure customer privacy.
A tracking number will be provided for each dispatched order, where applicable.

We ensure that our products, especially Distillate 8 and 9, are of premium quality and match the product descriptions and images on our listings.
Payment & Fees

All payments will be processed securely through the marketplace's approved payment gateways.

IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER/REFUSED YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR A RESHIP MAKE SURE YOU ARE OR SOMEONE IS AT THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS TO ACCEPT THE PARCEL.
