RESHIPS/REPLACEMENT ORDERS
In the event that you've ordered a LEVEL 3 or LEVEL 4 decoy and it has been seized or lost-in-transit, you must place your reship order and pay for the reship decoy and postage within (14) days of our verifying the seized or lost-in-transit tracking status. Our 75% and 100% reship guarantees on LEVEL 3 and 4 decoys are for (1) reship only. We recommend upgrading your decoy if possible on all reship orders and if already using a LEVEL 4 decoy, we will change the model on the reship.
REFUNDS/RESHIP POLICY
Refunds only approved if for some reason we are unable to get a product shipped after accepting the order or we can verify that we made a mistake in processing/shipping the order. We will always own and correct mistakes on our end. If you give us the wrong address, a fake name, etc and your order is lost, seized, or returned to sender, it's on you and there will be no refund/reship. Please always triple check your address and shipping details.
No refunds/reships for quality concerns as there is no way for us to verify claims once the product leaves our possession. If something happens in transit, please let us know and we'll work with you to come to a resolution. Resolutions, if approved, will always be for additional product on your next order, or discount on next order at our sole discretion. Any problem with products received must be reported to us within (3) days of your package being delivered.
Reships, where applicable, are only approved for packages that have been seized or lost in transit and seizure/lost in transit note MUST show in tracking. Reship percentage is based on the shipping/decoy selected and is clearly stated in the shipping option and/or listing. If tracking does not show the package has been seized/lost in transit - no reship. If you opt-out of tracking, tracking is not available in your country/location, or you select a shipping option without tracking - no reship.
For all qualifying reships on seized/lost in transit orders, customer is responsible for shipping/decoy costs of the replacement order. We will create custom listings as needed for reship orders. All reship guarantees are for (1) reship only.
Packages lost, stolen, or damaged AFTER delivery to your destination will not be refunded or replaced. Please make necessary arrangements on your end to ensure this doesn't happen.
If we need to reship a product, we may substitute your original strain choice with a different strain of the same grade if your first choice is no longer available or out of stock. We will do our best to keep it as similar as possible to your original selection.
We reserve the right to make exceptions to these policies on a case-by-case basis. If there is an exception predetermined between us, the vendor, and the buyer, it will be clearly stated in the listing and by purchasing the customer is in agreement with the exception to our policies.
