We work every day throughout the year but our shipping schedule will follow USPS.

We only use USPS Priority Mail to ship our products and only ship to address in the U.S., delivery ETA usually ranges from 2-4 days but the delay could occur as I don’t have control over USPS.

We strive to minimize wait time for our customers. All orders will be processed on the same day and will be prepared within 24 hours and dropped off ASAP.

No signature is required for your safety.

The tracking number will be provided upon request, but only when the status is shown as “shipped.”

Please double-check and verify the address you provided also be found on Google Maps. We will not be responsible and will not offer a refund or reship service for the following circumstances:

Refund Policy
The tracking number is the only evidence. If the status is shown as delivered, then no refund.

If the package is returned to the sender, I will not be receiving the return package anyways, then:
If the address is 100% correct, 100% reship or refund.
If the address has errors or missing parts, no reship or refund will be provided.

If the package is shown as seized, we will provide a full amount refund.

It’s a known fact that USPS staff steal packages and we will not ship empty shipments. No refund for empty boxes.

If USPS doesn’t provide an update longer than 15 business days, we will provide 100% reship and 50% refund.

Although this is on rare occasions. But if our product doesn’t meet your satisfaction or expectations. Please let us know before writing a negative review as we look heavily at our brand reputation.
